UPPER GALLERY/ LOBBY
The Gallery has an open floor plan that's perfect for meetings, small receptions, or art installations. It includes a movable bar, access to the building's liquor license, and floor to ceiling windows.
Rental Cost: $50 hr
THE FLEX THEATRE
The Flex is an open concept venue that boasts 192 retractable cushioned seats (with an additional 28 ADA seats available), theatrical lighting system, 32 channel sound board, wireless mics and sound, a retractable 19’ X 11’ screen, and a 10k lumen laser projector that is perfect for a presentation. You also have pipe and drape to create a "black-box" theatre space with or without wings.
Rental Cost: $75 hr
CONFERENCE ROOM
544 sq. ft. Perfect for board meetings, business meetings, small classes, trainings, or rehearsals. 25 person capacity.
Rental Cost: $35 hr
LOWER LEVEL GALLERY
The Lower Level Gallery is currently under construction and will be available to rent as a black box theatre in 2026.
